Vandana Dillon (E-RYT 200 CRYT) is a certified Hatha Yoga and Meditation Teacher with over 2500 hours of teaching experience. A student of Mata Amritananamayi Devi, (Amma), the world-renowned Humanitarian, Vandana has been an approved/certified instructor of Her IAM- Integrated Amrita Meditation Technique® since 2009 and has taught meditation and hatha yoga at spiritual retreats throughout the U.S.
Vandana enjoys sharing her devotional style of yoga with aspiring new yoga teachers and has taught/led 200 Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Trainings at A Yoga Village in Clearwater, FL since 2012.

She feels honored to currently be teaching Yoga and Meditation in downtown St Petersburg at the stunningly beautiful Sunken Gardens, The inspiring and creative Salvador Dali Museum, Johns Hopkins Medicine All Children’s Hospital (JHACH) and for the Live & On-Demand Yoga classes; Yoga For Men. She was first introduced to Dr. James R. Doty when he interviewed her teacher Amma at Stanford University (C.C.A.R.E) and has followed his work ever since. She founded the St Pete Yoga Festival in 2011 that has featured International Musicians, yoga
classes and events to raise money and awareness for Embracing the World charities. She is also the Founder of Karma Kitchen; A Mother’s Kitchen Project (2009) and Awaken Yoga 4 All Kids (2011) offering individual yoga and meditation classes for children at JHACH. She has written and recorded several guided meditations, been a Public Speaker on Yoga and Meditation at JHACH for many years and has had her writings and presentations published worldwide. She is an Autism Advocate and holds a BS in Educational Theatre from NYU. Most importantly she is a Mother to her awesome son Jake and Godmother to the beautiful Juniper.
